Seasonal Ordering: Many of our products are only available seasonally. Their availability will be shown in the product information or at the top of the webpage.

Backorders: Many of our products will be made available to order in advance, any items showing as ‘available on backorder’ will only be shipped once they become available. We do not send out split orders, any order containing a back ordered item will be sent out together once that item becomes available. If something is required immediately please order it separately.

Fruit Trees:

Fruit trees can be ordered on this website but are a collection only item, if you order them for delivery your order will be cancelled and refunded

Delivery and Collection:

Collection and Delivery options will be available on checkout. We try to get in stock orders boxed and shipped within 48hrs and often orders placed before 10am are shipped the same day. In busy periods however lead times could be extended. Orders containing plants will only be shipped Monday to Thursday (10am cut off) so they are not sat in boxes over the weekend. If you order after 10am on a Thursday you will not receive your order until Tuesday Seed only orders - £2.00: For orders that contain only packets of seed P&P is £2.00 to anywhere in the UK Standard Delivery - £4.95: Our standard P&P charge is £4.95 to Mainland UK Plants and Seed Potato - £6.95: These products will be subjected to a higher P&P fee of £6.95 due to the extra handling of plants and the extra weight with seed potatoes. Plants and seed potatoes delivered to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge of £8.00 (postcodes listed below) Free Delivery – Over £50: Order over £50 will be delivered free of P&P charges Collection – Nursery: Click and collect is available from the nursery all year around by arrangement. This option can be selected at Checkout. We will then contact you to arrange a collection day and time. Collection – Potato Day: During check out you will have the option to select collection from one of our potato days. Please remember these are one day events so you must be able to collect on that specific day. There will be no charge for this service. Payments for collections must be processed on the website Payment: We use Paymentsence Direct to service our debit/credit card sales online. Card details online are processed via Paymentsence Direct and no details are stored on our website. We also have the option to use Paypal if you prefer. This does not require you to have a PayPal account, and permits you to use the credit card of your choice.
